3. Oats -- Have you used oats in preparing meals? Did you know that if your dog has allergies and is scratching a lot due to itchy skin, put a handful of oats in the bathwater the next time you give your dog a bath. 5. Epsom Salts -- Finally, since your dog spends so much time on his or her feet, they are prone to have problems with them occasionally. Well, a bit of epsom salts added to water and then used to soak your dog's feet will make their day. Just be careful to make sure that they don't drink any of the water!
